We at Tameshigiri.co.uk ensure to sell you the very best in quality Tatami Omote, and are certain that you will be very happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely event, you have a problem with our product purchased from us, here are the terms and conditions for returning your goods.

Exchange and Refund Policy:

Tatami Omote can be refunded or exchanged if the product doesn't meet your expectations. If in the unlikely instance, you find your purchase to be faulty. We ask that you contact us within a period of 7 days, and return the item within 28 days of delivery. We will then take appropriate action to either replace or refund the item. Your postal costs for returning faulty goods will be reimbursed to you, once we are satisfied that the product is faulty due to manufacturing process. Postal costs will only be refunded on faulty goods.

Delivery:

We at Tameshigiri.co.uk aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Subject to stock availability your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Our aim is to only charge you the actual shipping cost.

Health and Safety:

The sport of tameshigiri is exceptionally dangerous without the proper professional instruction. We ask that you take extreme care and don't undertake this activity without professional training by qualified instructors.

We trust that you adhere to these guidelines and uphold to the spirit of this art.

We will not be held liable for any injury sustained to yourself or others by participating in this activity.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
